Our strategy is to build a portfolio of commercial and mid-market multifamily assets in select locations, adopting a strict value approach to submarket and asset selection, and utilizing a top-down market analysis to target geographic areas benefiting from attractive long term macro trends and market growth.

FGI has followed the highly disciplined strategy with multi-family acquisitions to-date comprising of over 1,350 apartment units and over $120 MM of asset value, as well as commercial investments totalling over 150,000 sq ft.
